Stephen Garcia is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of public and private accounting experience. Before taking over Hess Tax Accounting, he worked with leading Big Four accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and acclaimed cable TV producer Fox21 TV Studios. Stephen incorporates his vast experience to resolve complicated issues, providing complete tax and accounting service to both individuals and small business owners. Stephen takes pride in helping clients understand how the numbers come together and he has passion for excellence in service and client satisfaction.
